2017 – 2021
In 2017 I started freelancing at McCann WorldGroup to Co lead the Verizon account with the challenge to create an integrated creative department for the brand.
2018 I went full time with the new challenge of transforming McCann´s digital production arm MRM into an idea driven creative department. The work has been recognized by the Cannes Titanium jury at the Tribeca Film Festival and holds three innovation patents. Over my 3 years leadership the team won over50+ major international awards. Putting McCann MRM on the map as a creative force.
In 2019 I took on a new role as the Executive Creative leadership for USPS for McCann World group, leading an integrated approach of the work, overseeing six agencies under the World Group umbrella (Brand / Digital / Direct / Social / Retail) with over 40+ creatives.
Creative Director for Google I/O 2016
Reinventing Google's annual Developer Conference, a 7,000 person three day festival, The envent was awarded " The Most Innovative Meetings 2016". And is today is the blueprint for all Google I/O´s after.

In my role as Creative Director and Integrated Lead, I helped steer the creative development of digital and traditional creative as well as new business pitches. I initiated and led the interactive and social part at Mother creating a fully integrated creative department, by identifying the needs of the agency and hiring of creatives, designers, UX specialists and producers. Overviewing the creative output and implementing new processes, and integration efforts across all departments in the agency. As Creative Director I led accounts such as Google, Microsoft, Stella Artois and many more. During my time at Mother New York , the campaigns I led have been appointed with more than 25 awards for its integrated work.

After 7 years in one place I wanted to widen my knowledge of different agencies, spending 2 year freelancing around the world.
2003 – June 2010 (7 years)
I was recruited by 180 Amsterdam straight after graduating from Hyper Island in Sweden. During my 7 years I was part of creating global ground breaking work for clients like Adidas, Sony and Omega. The campaigns during this time put Adidas back on the map and surpassed Nike in sport advertising for the first time. The agency was awarded independent agency of the year. My work included campaigns such as the award winning and globally recognized 2010 Football Campaign "Every Teams Needs...", and Adidas Bounce Campaign. After 7 years I decided to move on after helping setting up 180 Amsterdam’s digital agency Riot.
